Our customer care call center will gladly answer questions you may have about your order from the online
shop or questions about Bodum products. Bodum's customer care call center is available to answer your questions
about order entry, order status, order tracking and product/pricing inquiries from 8 AM to 6 PM EST Monday through Friday.
Calls for claims processing
must be received between 10 AM and 5 PM EST Monday through Friday.
The Customer Care Call Center will be closed on the following U.S holidays:
New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and
Christmas Day.
