I broke the glass beaker to my French press. Is this item covered under warranty?
Unfortunately, there is no warranty on the breakage to any of our glass items, as we cannot see how the breakage occurs. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, there is no warranty on the breakage to any of our glass items, as we cannot see how the breakage occurs. What we recommend is that you do not place our glasses underneath an ice dispenser, place you’re liquid before adding ice and that you do not stir with metal silverware.

I lost the instruction on how to use your French press. Can you please send me the instructions?
The instructions are available through our main website. Please visit www.bodum.com. Then on the left hand side at the scroll down button choose BODUM International. A new page will open. Please select Service from the menu. Finally, click on the instructions for use link. This will allow you to download the instructions to your computer.
I need a new spare glass to my coffee press and I am not sure as to which size glass to order. How can I tell?
If you go to www.bodumusa.com , under spare parts coffee, if you were to click on spare glass coffee maker, it will show you all the different size spare glasses we have. All of our spare glasses are listed by height and diameter in inches and by how many ounces they hold. If the glass is no longer intact, what you can do is measure the height and diameter of the frame. The height of the glass should be around a half inch more than the height of the frame, and the diameter of the frame should be around a quarter inch larger than the diameter of the glass. I have a Bodum French press. Lately every time I push down on the plunger all of the filter parts come loose. Which part do I need?
The part you would need is our shoulder nut. The shoulder nut holds all 3 filter pieces in place and sits above the Spiral. This part can be purchased on our website www.bodumusa.com under spare parts coffee, or by calling customer care at 1800-232-6386.

Hi, I was looking at your replacement parts online. I'm need a new glass container for my French press. I was wondering if your SPARE GLASS 8 CUP POLYCARB (#01-1508-10-220U) is interchangeable with your SPARE GLASS 4 US ( 8 European) CUP (#1508-10)?

I'd rather have the unbreakable one since that's what just happened with my old one.
Unfortunately, the spare glasses, and the spare polycarbonate beakers cannot be used interchangeably as the filter pieces to each one are different. If you originally purchased a French press with a glass beaker, then you would need the replacement glass beaker. If you originally purchased a polycarbonate French press, then you would need the polycarbonate beaker.
