Thank you for purchasing an original BODUM product.
If your product is not working properly, or you have questions,
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT TO THE STORE

If you did not purchase your product in the USA, please contact your local BODUM shop or company. For warranty service, please provide proof of purchase. Proof of purchase must be dated within the two year warranty period for small electric products. Product must not be tampered with or altered. No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization. All returns must be sent freight prepaid by the customer. BODUM will repair or exchange the product with a new or refurbished unit and return it to you at no cost if the warranty specifications are met.
